Our boarding rates for dogs will depend on size and breed, for cats, a flat fee is charged. We also offer kennel with fan or air-con at an additional fee. Other optional services like walking and companionship are also offered at a nominal fee. Please call our staff for more detail information.

Two dogs may share the same kennel or two cats, the same cattery, provided they belong to the same owner and only at the express request of the owner. Posted rates are on a per pet basis. Otherwise, each pet will be kept separately

At most times, it is unique in nature. As such, information with regard to the likes and dislikes of your pet is necessary. Please let us know, as this would help us understand them better. We would also appreciate its medical history.

Dogs and cats are fed once a day so please let us have your pet’s diet. Special diets can be accommodated if possible.

Prior to leaving our kennels, all dogs will be dry-cleaned. For stays longer than a week, a bath will be given. Upon request, professional grooming can be administered.

If you wish to send your pet’s own bedding or favorite toy, please do so, as we have found that it helps them to settle more quickly in unfamiliar surroundings. However, we can accept no responsibility for loss or damage of the same.
Please do not send bowls, brushes, combs, collars or leads.

There are no less than two Government Approved Veterinary Surgeons, besides a residential Veterinary Technician overseeing the general well being and care of the pets boarding at our facilities. On arrival each animal is given a check to ensure it is free from ticks and fleas. Should the pet be infested, appropriate action will be taken on a cost plus basis.

We will keep you posted if anything untoward is discovered. Naturally, it would be of great help if we are informed of any significant veterinary problem or history your pet may have had. Minor ailments such as bad teeth or sore ears can be very distressing for an animal, so please, do tax your memory and alert us accordingly!

We require, all animals in our care to have its annual vaccination up to date.

Any treatment, which results from the initial examination and any treatment required subsequently on the advice of our vet
technician and visiting vet will be administered and charged for separately.
