Just wanted to say a VERY BIG THANK YOU - to the team at Mitchville for all your assistance and your help over the past 10 months - in getting our Golden Retreiver Marmalade back to Australia safe and sound.
A big call out to Dwayne for the amazing service he provided. His excellent customer service skills, patience in handling our questions and responsiveness have made the whole process very smooth and hassle free.
Dwayne and his colleagues at Mitchville did a fantastic job. I must admit our case was difficult as my dog is disabled and our destination country was New Zealand. Prior to even asking for a deposit, Dwayne checked with all 4 quarantine facilities to see if they would take on his case. After a quarantine facility confirmed they could care for my dog, Dwayne got right to work! He kept us informed and was professional during the entire process. He was organized and made sure all the paperwork was in place. At one point, I checked how many emails were exchanged in our communications - just over 100 emails between Dwayne and my family. We never felt like we were in the dark.
My dog flew May 4th 2023, quarantined, and is now home with us. We are so grateful for the help and support. We will always remember you guys! Hugs from Gaosu/Stephen.

There is little information online regarding rabbit relocation when we began the process. Dawn at Mitchville was beyond patient & helpful with all our questions about transporting a rabbit. She collected/organized all the paperwork needed, acquired an approved travel crate, scheduled a vet visit and picked up Comet on the day of travel. Thank you Dawn and everyone involved at Mitchville for being communicative and making the process very easy.

He was very friendly and helpful when he came to pick up the crate for my pet, Noodle. (First time traveller!)
As well, there was some hiccups on the paperwork on the day of picking Noodle up to the airport. Yogi was very professional and provided great assistance to ensure everything was OK.
I am very grateful to have him assisting the process and kept me updated. He even sent me a photo of Noodle before he board the plane.
